Pastor John-Baptist Sekumade
Pastor John-Baptist Adedayo Sekumade is 55 years old and a Nigerian-American. He came to the United States of America in August of 1992 and graduated in 1994 with a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University. He attended Criswell College in Dallas where he earned a Master of Divinity in Old Testament studies in 1996.
His main focus is preaching and teaching God’s Word.
Pastor John was is currently a doctoral student at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas, Missouri in a Ph.D. program in Old Testament, with an emphasis in the Hebrew language.
Pastor John and his wife Ellen have two boys, Jonathan and David.

The Oasis of Life
The Oasis of life is a Bible teaching ministry. Through a systematic and hermeneutical approach to the Bible, we intend to select one book of the Bible at time, and explain it chapter by chapter, verse by verse.
