Marsha Lambeth

Marsha Lambeth has served as Production Director and midday on-air personality at KKHT since 1998 under Salem Media Group’s Houston cluster. She initially joined Salem Broadcasting after broadcasting stints at KACC, KILT, and KTEK, bringing decades of radio experience to Houston's Christian airwaves.

Marsha’s broadcasting journey began dramatically in August 1983 at KACC when she provided live coverage during Hurricane Alicia; she says that early challenge confirmed her calling in radio. Over the years, she has earned industry recognition for her engaging and spiritually uplifting midday show, along with her leadership behind the scenes as program director in Houston's Christian media space.

Marsha is known for her warm, personable delivery and her mission-driven approach—believing that radio should touch lives positively and deeply. Her role extends beyond hosting: she shapes creative content, mentors talent, and maintains broadcast excellence across the station’s programming.

With more than 35 years in the industry, Marsha continues making a difference for KKHT listeners with her faithful presence, innovative leadership, and heartfelt on-air ministry.
